The client agrees to all terms and conditions set forth here by delivering his or her documents in our possession (including email, fax, mail, or by hand) and or by making payment to us. Service Terms & Conditions: The customer(s) are known above and hereafter as clients. SignatoryInk, LLC, or its agents, are known above and hereafter as Signatory Ink. The client hereby subscribes and acknowledges that he or she is at least 18 years old and has the authority to give possession of the documents described above to Signatory Ink or its agents. The client is fully responsible if the client does not have the legal authority to give possession of the documents described above. Full payment for service estimates is due up front. Signatory Inj will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged documents for any reason. Client releases and delivers possession of the document(s) at the client’s own risk. If any government department, official or agent, rejects your document(s) because of their own policies, Signatory Ink or its agents will not be held responsible or liable for the Apostille rejection. All money, fees, and or currency deposits to Signatory Ink and or its agents are non-refundable. If an appointment scheduled isn’t rescheduled within 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable. The client agrees that Signatory Ink reserves the right to cure, or not, any errors or omissions made by us at our own discretion. All upfront money, fees, and or currency deposits charged to the client are a retainer for Signatory Ink services to be rendered. The service fee retainer is defined here as the firm or its agent’s travel, courier services, knowledge bases, and overall professional help. Final charges to the client may be higher than the initial retainer. The client hereby agrees that Signatory Ink will notify the client by phone, email, or text message if the final charges increase above the retainer, before proceeding with the services. Therefore client agrees to confirm or cancel services from Signatory Ink based on notice of increased fees. Client must respond within 3 hours of notice of increased final charges. If the client does not respond to the increased cost notice, within 3hrs of notice, client hereby acknowledges and confirms increased charges by default. Final balance incurred for services rendered will be due upon final delivery of the above listed documents. Any fees charged are not for notarizations.
